We have just returned from a 7 day stay at the resort. What a great property! From the time the shuttle opened and we met our new friend Gino to reception with Josepha and Mindy, the place was all we ask for. We were there for my birthday and got an nice upgrade to a Jr.
Honeymoon swim up suite This property is still so new that everything is in great shape and rooms are very modern. Housekeeping staff was awesome and had room done every morning and bed turned down every night. Don't forget to leave a little something for them on your pillow! Morning buffet was smaller than some but all you need and Sinnthia and Sardis on the door, Alcides, "Big Joe" Joandy, Santa, Rosa and all the floor staff were awesome and treated us like family.
All the restaurants were good and staff were very good. As always some have a better handle on English than others but with my little bit of Spanish it always worked out.
The beach was great and an easy walk from room or you could grab a passing shuttle cart. There seemed to be enough chairs although there were lots of empty spots in the "Exclusive Members" area everyday. Beach service was good and the cold cloths being brought around were a nice touch. My only complaint, and I realize that every resort has them, is the "Exclusive Club" My only complaint, and I realize that every resort has them, is the "Exclusive Club" timeshare sales people.
They are very hard to put off without being rude. Almost need to wear a "Not Interested" label! There were so many great staff to remember!
