As is customary in my reviews, before commenting on my session I will give some quick comments on the spa itself because I know that is what everyone wants to read!
In my opinion, Muse is a terrific establishment. While the owners may not be the most well liked amongst the members of the community, I think people would be lying if they said that Muse hasn't made a positive impact.
As for the spa itself, Muse is very nicely laid out and there was obviously special attention given to every last detail in setting up the rooms. However, the spa is starting to need minor maintenance rubber on the shower doors are starting to break off, paint touch ups, floor trim in the rooms needs fixing before it escalates into bigger problems.
While I recognize the Muse is head and shoulders above most of the other establishments in the city, the fresh ambiance and clean environment can be positive factors in maintaining a client base and the owners should not lose sight of this when minor maintenance is required.
